I am just going thru some posts and read yours I'm confused, I was told. Never ever use either to start your motor, just curious. Is it a 2 stroke or 4 stroke? They told me you don't use either on a two stroke. Let me know.

step, its never a good idea to use either on any engine, I use it sometimes for diagnosis purposes, but I use it lightly. With two strokes, you risk the chance of cracking a reed valve or blowing a crankcase seal.

The only way I use either on a 2 stroke is by removing the sparkplug and squirting some in there.
