found my motor

it's spoused to be a 25" it's a 1991 even-rude 150 HP the guy bought it about three years ago on ebay out of Wisconsin sold the boat and never used it ,wife told him to clean up his work shop ,just in case I am taking my step father he is a retired mechanic that work at a large park system and worked on outboards and just about ant thing else with a motor ,
Ii not giving the money till I pick it up it's only about 75 miles from me and it was less then a grand , that yellow has got to go
