How in the world could that be a trap? Excluding hermaphrodites, there are ONLY 2 biological choices. Male and Female. Anyone who thinks there are more, that they are different than what they are born as has a mental condition, but that does not change their biological sex. If Jackson can't (or won't) define what a woman is that's a sure indicator of her unfitness for the position that she was just confirmed to. And lets not forget that she ONLY was nominated to that position because she is a black woman and Biden promised that he would nominate a black woman to the supreme court if he was elected. NOT because of her qualifications (which are sketchy at best) but purely for racist reasons.
