Here you are taking a very direct, honest assessment by the former president of the epic incompetence and weakness of Biden, and a very accurate assessment of Putin and, in your words, spinning a sneaky, preposterous, dishonest narrative, not in the least representative of what was said, or it’s obvious meaning.
