Good work. I've never seen a battery box in that location. What year is your V?

My 88 has them in the storage under the hatch doors in the transom. Pain in the arse to get to, thinking about mounting up in the bow.

Default Front area seating question

Hello, I am pretty new here and saw you removal of the rear seating on your 88. Pretty neat.

I just bought my 88 v20 and have not stubbed my toes yet. but I am sure it is coming. I wanted to know is your boat a dual console or a cabin? (or even a center console I guess... Mine is a dual console, and front seating is lacking.

If yours is a dual can you share some pictures of the front area?

Thanks!!

Mine is a dual also. Only has the pedastal seats and then 2 boxes like that battery box in the back to sit on. Someone on here has a very nice dual with all the seats in it. Cant remember who. Theres pics here somewhere.

Default battery access

I added these hatches on my 88 cuddy. It makes access to the batteries, oil tank, and wiring easier.
