I invested in Ionic batteries and have spot locked and trolled for 6-8 hours and had 60% battery left at the end of the day. They are smart batteries and connect to an app and you can monitor battery life, temp, cycles etc.

I’m thinking about one of these to use for autopilot while trolling for salmon. I would use my kicker for speed and the minkota to hold a course. Will the 60” stay in the water trolling into 2-3’ waves?
