Welcome to the cult. Looks like you ve got a big project ahead. I know at least one member on here repaired his stringers that way. Look in the gallery under Vic s V20, he has some photos that might give u some ideas.
Looks like your going back with the original 20 inch transom. Not sure what your power options are, but if you could go with a 25 inch transom, I think you would be better. Keep taking photos

Welcome MAKAK. How's your project coming along? I'm 3/4 way through my rebuild and I went all Coosa stringers, transom and floor. Lots of work but it'll be worth it. I'll post some pics of my project soon.
