With that kicker and the baitwell. I would think the scuppers would be under water, so like RMB said check the hoses from the deck drains to the thru hulls.

On the soft deck, i replaced about a third of mine from the top, just cut out the bad and put in a new piece of ply and glassed over it to match surrounding area. I used epoxy, so i had to paint mine. Not that big of a deal, but once u paint, you will at some point have to repaint. If you go back with gelcoat, you need to use polyester resin.
