I didn't think Walmart had there own chemical plant to make it lol but years ago I was told it was made by pennzoil ,I was wondering if they still make it. I here people saying that it smokes more than the other brands but I'm good with that at least I know the oil injection is working . An early morning haze on the water and the 2 stroke smoke mixed in, it doesn't get any better than that ,
