Phat, yes sir red sauce (gravy). I know that's a big thing, but we've always called it gravy. My grandmother was from Sicily and it was always Gravy in our house. There are plenty of arguments over sauce or gravy. To me, people call it what they want, does anyone really care, not me.
GRAVY GRAVY !!!    I clean the crabs right at the dock, rip off the backs, take out the dead men, then hose them out, put them in bags for the freezer.
