NJ Black Sea Bzss and Summer (Fluke) Rules and regs. for 2018
The finalized rules and regs for Black Sea Bass and Fluke have just been published. Here they are:
BLACK SEA BASS May 15-June 22 10 fish 12.5" July 1-Aug 31 2 fish 12.5" Oct 8-Oct 31 10 fish 12.5" Nov 1-Dec 31 15 fish 13" SUMMER FLOUNDER (FLUKE) May 25-Sept. 22 Delaware Bay and Tributaries 3 fish 17" Island Beach State Park (shore only) 2 fish 16" All Other Marine Waters 3 fish 18"
