Clearly that 15x21 was the wrong prop but I would have expected the 14 x 19 would get over 6K wot and trimmed up.
The V21s are set back a foot so your motor should probably be higher than a V20. Maybe a V21 guy can give advice on motor height relative to the keel. You sure you are not heavy from waterlogged foam? How does it sit in the water with no one in it? Scuppers high and dry?
