Good use of otherwise wasted space, love that box, a very classy build.

Is that one sheet of the Starboard or did you have to put multiple pieces together? Where did you get it?

I walked all over my 3/8 top last year but it was just little to flemsy so i up graded to the 1/2 thickness. Added a little more weight but my structual upgrades i did to the top shoould make up for it.

Just starting to redo my V20 CC, coming down from a 27 inboard, incredible build man, i've got so many ideas and things that I like and would like to emulate that i've seen in this thread.....Need to repower or do some significant sorting out of the merc 150 plus fuel system etc...it's basically a restore and the hull I want to start with.... would like to add a second station that doesn't fold, maybe walk-thru if need be but would prefer a true second station... concerns about being tippy, can two big guys go up top and still maintain stability?i'm in great bridge and i think we messaged some before....congrats on your build, any performance #'s with the 140?
Here's a pic of my new junk..... ![]()

Kracker:
How much head room do you have? From one of the photos you posted it looks to me like your going to have to remember to duck when you come out from under the new top, or that aft diagonal bar might just help you to remember next time? Nice configuration with the live well. Kamikaze

KJ, I just looked at your post about rebuilding your V. I started at page 1 and followed the progress. What a fantastic job you did!! It really turned out great. It is nice to know that there are guys out there that have the ability and determination to do what you did. Hats off to you.
How does the Suzuki DF 140 perform. I had the same engine on a 20 ft. bay boat and it did a good job. If I were to repower I might consider that engine. I have a Suzuki DF 175 on a 22 ft. bay boat and it does a really nice job of moving that boat around. So I know that would be a great choice as well.
