Default Can't catch a break!!

Kindy's have got worse, Dialysis has gotten worse! Came home Friday to frozen pipes, heat tape burned out. Got new tape and thawed pipes to fine 3 leaks!! Fixed them but then water main shut off broke, park came down to fix but the pipe to the street rotted, so they had to dig down 4 feet under my trailer then to the street to replace the pipe. Got fixed yesterday all working but the bathroom sinks?? And I am trying to sell the place cause I can't afford the $520 a month rent, I had a buyer but they could not get the money so they have backed out.

Sorry Joe,
That darn cold snap really came fast. I double checked my heat up stairs just to make sure it was cycling on. We seldom go up to the second floor I just leave the heat at 59 to keep it from getting too cold.

That's how my house is. Any time the pipes freeze or what're gets turned off when it comes back on I guess the pipes jolt and break loose crud and I have to go around and clean all the screens out. Glad you at least caught a break there. Hope things start looking better for you bud.
