After a really crazy two weeks yesterday I had a few mins to sit on the deck and just relax with a cup of coffee. I was spacing out just looking around the yard when I started to stare at the V. For one I still cant believe I have the boat, and two I cant believe the generosity of some of us still out there. I was just thinking how nice it was to meet Joe his family and just want to thank him again for what he did!

When I got home from the trip because of work and life I haven't really have much time to do anything. Yesterday was the first time I was able to really go through the boat and inspect it. I couldn't be more pleased, everything looks really good! My wife had never seen a V cuddy and was VERY unsure she wanted to let me get it, being so far away (2000 miles round trip). Now she has asked four times this week what I need to get it running this year. She loves the lay out and how much room there is, and has said multiple times how it has everything we wanted.
I'm working on all the paper work and with any luck it will be done soon.

We have lots of plans for this V, and just want to say thank you again Joe!!

In 2011 ish I gave my center console to Smokeonthewater.
Smoke was the first to speak up and post that this boat should go to MJ.
Now MJ gave the boat to me.
Funny how things work out... Joe, sorry to hear about the rough times - best wishes and prayers!

Wow... I've been away for a while.... MJ I'm truly sorry to hear that you weren't able to keep her and now losing the trailer too... UGH

That said yep it's good to keep her in the family!

Slightly twisted, welcome back!
