Default Striper Balls

here's a new take on crab balls.

Chop the fish
add to seasoned bread crumbs
mix in an egg to moisten
make balls and dredge them in bread crumbs
bake at 400 for 10 minutes

would have liked to add sautéed onion and celery but the wife & kid would not eat them if I did.

You could also drop them in a deep fryer...

Don't be hatin on Skunk...the poor guy was in a hurry cause he was hungry.

P.S. Thanks for sharing the striper ball recipe! Also, just saw your feesh report...congrats on that too. Plugs have always been my go-to bait. I've found sometimes those jokers will not hit plugs. Had charter boats wearing them out right beside me. They were pulling umbrellas and mojos all day long.
