No I don't intend to have anyone ride up there when underway. Although it is perfect for spotting cobia when anchored though! As far as stability I haven't had it on the water as of yet, so I can't comment on stability when at rest but will let you know this spring. P.S. Question You have seen my screen name "KAMIKAZE". It only has to work once! :-)
