I have not used the "partial enclosure" since I purchased the boat, but from what I can remember it is 3 pieces of fabric that zip on to the bimini and snap to the top of the windshield and boat sides.
The boat does have a GF10 fuel flow sensor, but I do not remember the cruise MPG. I can check this weekend. The 2 batteries and switch are located in the starboard transom compartment.
