Unfortunately, you are right on the money Randleman. Somehow the fox has been given the job of watching the henhouse. And truthfully I don't know how the frack we can fix that. Electing someone to change it is useless, because there are so many of them that the one voice would get lost in a sea of negativity. It's a problem I've thought about many times, and I've yet to even come close to a viable solution. Giving the President line item veto power might be a start, but that can be abused also. He can just allow the stuff that he wants and punish the other party by vetoing their stuff. Still, it's a thought......
