Welcome to the site. I am a relative newbie too, but I think you may soon become hooked on this site. I really liked the translation of the V20. My guess is that the ad was translated from spanish to english and some of the translation just does not use the same terminology with which we are accustomed.

I think you would find the V20 perfect for scuba diving and fishing. You can just tell from the age of the boats many of the members of this site have that these things can hold up for a long time.
