Default how to fish pond near me?

http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/habit...f/dfwsamps.pdf

Talked to a guy there yesterday he stated that the past few years have been good to Bass, Crappie, and Pickerel. But was not telling much on how to catch them??

What do you guys say?? Never even seen a Crappie before? 20 years ago use to get some Pickerel on Motorola Green rubber worms in a pond I use to go to.

Just saw this post MJ. Best technique I know of involves half sticks of TNT. 30 second fuse works well for me.
Seriously, I would find a store that has minnows if I was going for Crappie, red wigglers fo shellcracker, artificial rubber worms for the bass. Also, bass, perch and catfish have all devoured small spinners for me like a Beatle-spin, shyster, Mepps. They are cheap and not too bad to tie on. Color choice is up to the individual. Dark water I like bright bait. Clear water I like to go natural looking as possible. Hope your feeling up to a trip to the pond, good luck to you. Vic
