Default importing waypoints from garmin to furuno

trying to get my numbers on new machine, have any of you guys dealt with this. i went to gps babel and could not find furuno listed. tried gpsutility and they support furuno, but can't get the process to work.

talked to the tech people at furuno, very helpful. put me in touch with a guy who converted them for me, sent them to him as a excell spreadsheet, he sent them back as a download, put them on an sdhc chip. put it in the machine, all is good.

i was able to do the garmin to lowrance myself(actually my 20 year old son did) using gpsbabel. if any of you guys are using older garmins, you need to back up your spots. luckily when mine took a dump, i had backed up 340 spots a couple of months prior. if i had not done that, they would have been lost. once the screen goes black, there is nothing you can do.

Thats Great!! I use to write all mine down so I always had a record of them, then had to put them in the new unit it was a pia!!
