Outboard Bracket

I might need this. Right now I need some advice. I'm trying to get a 1980 V20 io that needs a flywheel, supposedly runs, and comes with a trailer for $1000. Not sure of the condition yet. The pics don't show enough detail. If all else checks out is the flywheel a big deal? If so should I look to do a bracket?
