I only own 3 vehicles now (not including wifes car).
Liquidated most of the vehicles when my Dad passed.
I knew I was going to lose use of the barn for storage at some point.
Plus I only have some much time and $$$$ with my boating addiction.
I'm embarrassed to mention how many boats I have sitting in the backyard.
Luckily my wife enjoys the water as much as me.

Smoke....

I just re-read your first reply. I'm on CL daily also checking out the free and boats listings. It is more of an addiction.

Any Pictures??

Got a friend that has a 3 year old 115 ETEC that is on a beat up old hull.
He is looking to move the motor onto something in better shape.
Wonder if the 115 ETEC would work on a V?

Yes. It won't be a fast mover, but it will get the boat up on plane. I think I recall someone here having a V with a 115 engine a while back and if I recall they said that they could do 23-25 mph easy.

I don't have top speed numbers but the '75 115 T O P on my V planes it effortlessly and I'd guess at least mid 20's, maybe upper.... I'd think that that etec would have a fair amount more power than my old merc..... I'd be surprised if it didn't hit 30

I cruise craigslist almost daily from Charleston SC to Jacksonville FL. Love finding deals on cool older or interesting hulls. Missed out on an old 60's model 21' Moesley Seacraft for free a while back. Kind of looking for a 19' Carolina Skiff for cheap, but have a friend with an older Wellcraft V18 I could probably talk him down on being it's really a project. Then I'd have two wellcrafts.
