Well, last night I was ready to buy it and the wife was saying no. Luckily, so far only one of us at a time wants to buy it. (We seem to take turns swapping our opinion each day) I would feel best not buying it.
We are praying on it. Hammer, most houses this size around here are 400-500k. This one is around 150k. But it needs 50-100k worth of work to make it worth 350-400k. If I had the money to hire someone to do the work I would be all over it. But being poor, I would have to do all the work myself and become a slave to remodeling/restoring.
