Assuming by the painted trailer and set up along with overall condition it's been a fresh water boat it's whole life.

Fair Play is right on Lake Hartwell, up the Tugaloo River near SC/GA line, so I agree w/the freshwater theory...I'd buy it and not even haggle price...no holes or bottom paint...clean as they get...

It's about an hour and a half drive (one way) and I'd need some gas $$ to do it, but if anybody wants a look see and wet test, lemme know...
