fisrt things fisrt, are you running stock programming? if so, make sure you are running the stock thermostat. If it runs cool it thinks its in warm up mode adn will trun up teh fuel enough to gas the plugs adn leak past the rings. Secondly, pull the hose off the pressure regulator, see if there is any gas in the hose, if so, cycle the key to let teh pump run and see if any fuel runs out of the regulator. If those check out, you can take an injector, slip a piece of hose over the end with a clamp on it, use a air blower and pressurize it to see if any leaks past, i've actually used a can of carb cleaner with teh straw on it to find one that was leaking. Check your plugs, they shoudl give you an idea of whats going on, if its just oen plug, then its that injector or the vacumm line from the regulator(see where it goes), if its all of them, its either fuel pressure, programming, or an electrical issue. I don't know much abotu Fords, btu they were runnign a returnless fuel system that varied the voltage to the pump to drop presure at low rpm, you might want to check into that. If you are real concerned about the injectors, send them to injectorrx.com in Huston, they charge $18 per injector to flow, clean, and check them
