Ok so 96' 200Yami at 419 lbs
96' 200Evinrude was 455 lbs Newer motors Opti and HPDI under 500lbs ...........but the Evinrude DFI or Etec at 525 lbs is 75 -105 lbs heavier that what the V21 was originally spec'd for. So question is - did Wellcraft build the transom well design to handle a lot more weight or did they cut it close. I don't know anyone who's reported disassembling the V21 transom completely to report on structural integrity.
