Even with the best estimates, she was taking on water at almost 50 gallons per minute. What idiot would ever take a boat out with that kind of leaking? And she had been in drydock 3 times to fix the leaks. Did they not ever hear of fibreglass? I know that money was a problem, but loosing your life is kinda up there on the problem scale also. It's not nice to speak ill of the dead, but that captain proves Ron Whites saying... "you can't cure stupid".
