I am flattered but I don't know crap about crap. Cruisers I have heard of but that is about it.. I love Spareparts explaination. For me, boat ownership is quite an experience, rewarding but frustrating. To quote something I read online: "One good hour on the water erases the frustration of the entire week of work." Bottom paint, slip fees, maintenance, mechanical (well you got that one covered) just be prepared for the unexpected. Worse comes to worse you can put it on the trailer and park it in the yard next to the other watercraft. GO for it! Don't be a wuss. LOL...

I've had two Cruisers, Inc boats. A 19 and a 21. Both were good riding, solidly built boats. If your 26 is anything like them you should be fine as far as the hull goes.
