Spare, I already have him down to $650 for everything just over the phone.

It looks like all the rod holders have been stripped along with the rod boxes. At least the bow rail an console are there. Who knows what else? I'm guessing from the brown juice coming out of the screw holes in the transom that it is shot. I'd be ditching the motor for sure. I'll go take a look at it this weekend and if it's not too hacked up I'll haggle with him to see how low he will go.

Is that an arm or a leg sticking out from under the blue tarp. If so do you think it would be fair to ask him to dispose of the body himself?
