Reminds me of a tough bar that I used to drink at.

The first two shots were on the house, after that you had to use your own ammo!

years ago I had a guy that use to pay me about .03 a lead bullet, use to make 1000 's of them for the guy!! That 3 cent use to add up!
Had a nice melting pot, like a coffee creamer dispenser, just lift the handle and pour, that thing was a fast melter too

and just because I'm out of lead, i decided to spiff up the Kimber, black rubber grips are so boring. I started with a piece of maple, traced the factory grip on it, cut it down, took the rasp and file to it, finished it off with sandpaper.

Kimber before

Kimber after

this is my first try making grip panels, I've still got some trimming to do, when Once I get it figured out, I've got some nicer pieces of maple to use

The last time I went to the local truck tire store to get my RV inspected I spotted a 5 gallon bucket full of old wheel weights.

Asked the kid doing the inspection what they did with them, he said some guy buys em for $20/bucket.

I asked if I could get one for $20...he said sure.

Weighed out at over 100 pounds...should last a while.

that ultrasonic cost me right at $400, its been worth every dime. I don't know how i was able to function without it. If you need one, check with ***elsmall.com they had the best price I found, I have the 6 liter with upgraded ultrsonic and heater element, kinda wish i bought the next size up, but it was a big jump in price
