Stabil, startron, etc are all snake oils in my opinion. I used to treat all my gas with stabil blue. Wasted money. I have two lawnmowers, a pressure washer, a tiller, and a Honda 350 Rancher that all have fuel issues.
I do not care how much marine fuel is per gallon! Its all i will buy for my gas powered stuff except my car. It gets used enough so that i do not have problems. Ethanol is the reason I decided to keep my 1996 GMC diesel truck when i wanted to sell it. Avoid the problem completely and just buy marine fuel. Best defense is a good offense.
