I would say the most fun saltwater fishing there is to me is bailing dolphin at weedlines. Squid on a jighead and you are in business.

Could you be more specific about, (bailing dolphin at weed lines) and a jighead?

Thanks

Bailing dolphin or "mahi" is a fish technique used when offshore and you see a weed line or catch a mahi off a weed line you get up beside the weedline (5 gallon bucket, piece of plywood, wood pallet) and throw some chunks of ballyhoo over to attract the mahi then you also throw over a spinning rod baited with ballyhoo or squid. Keep one that's hooked up beside the boat in the water and that fish will attract more of his little school mates . YouTube it!!! It's fun as bell!!!! I've bailed 10 to 12 fish off one 5 gallon bucket before.

I didn't know its called "bailing" but like Kracker said its fun as hell. Last time I went fishing we must've caught 30 of em. We caught them off a pallet floating.
