First thing is compression, I must have a bad gauge because one is in the 132 to 135 on all 4, and one gauge is 167 to 170 on all 4. Second thing is I need some help in knowing how to replace the pick-up screens in the lower unit.

another thing is that water has gotten in one of my cylinders thru the carb when it was in the back of my truck and the cowel was partially off or it came thru the exaust because my lower unit was off and slightly tilted in my truck allowing water to get back up the main mid section. How should I clear the moisture (emulsifacation from me spraying with w-d40) from that cylinder and also the ooze (emulsifacation) that is coming out "vacumn" hole on the block behind the top carb ( I took the carbs off for cleaning) ? should I just hook fuel to it and run it and let it clear itself out? the water is gone out of the cylinder but every revolution of the motor when being turned over with the carbs off is still spitting ooze out of that little "vacumn" hole. Thanks for your help. Let me know if I need to explain in more detail.
