wiring for the trim motor control circuit is pretty straight forward. Red is 12v in, blue is trim up out. Green is trim down out. It doesn't matter on the control circuit if you have a 2 wire or three wire trim motor, that only matters at the relays. Any momentary switch will work for trim as long as its rated for the amperage(pretty low on the control side). The go fast crowd likes to run trim up buttons on the wheel, and trim down buttons on the floor, when it gets too loose, its hard to let go f the wheel to press a button, all you have to do is push on the floor to trim it back down.
