Default Back Where She Belongs

Not sure if you guys remember but 3 yrs back I purchase a 241 Proline and sold my V20 to a neighbor down the street for $4,500. Well he did not use the boat very much and when he took it in to have some work done the guy said the motor was blown. Well he then sold the boat to a guy down the street who I saw get it running and the motor seemed fine. Well they got into a big fight and the guy had never paid him for the boat and just dumped it off in front of his house. Well $700 later its sitting in my yard and I'm betting the motor is just fine. I got it cleaned up but did not get a chance to fire up the motor because it was raining all day and the batteries were dead. I'll snap a few pics and post them as I get her back in shape. My wife is not to happy having another boat in the yard while we are trying to sell our house but she will live.

Good for you.
I love it!
Let the neighbor borrow the boat for 3 years and he gives you $3800.
Good trade!

Well my fingers are still crossed that the motor is OK. It was in perfect shape when he purchased the boat I don't think he used the boat enough to damage the motor but I'll have a good idea after tonight.

So far I have not had any real chance to work on the boat. The guy replaced the ignition switch and it seems its wired wrong so I have to start there.

Nice looking rig and good price too,

What year is your V20? You posted a good pic of the topside of the gunnel caps on a V20 center console. I have been wondering how they were shaped for when i rebuild my cuddy into a center console.
