As Bradford said Taco probably offers the best selection of different style rub rails.

I would recommend West System six10 epoxy to fill the holes.

The only drawback is it would laminate the two halves of the hull together everywhere you filled a hole with it, unless you slide wax paper between the hull and liner. But if you do not plan on removing the liner then fill em' up!
