OK, let me answer the questions.
The food at NOLA was EXPENSIVE!!!!! That was something the wifey really wanted to do. Yes the food was pretty good, had some duck thing. I would have rather went to a dive and try crayfish. Had some great oysters for lunch. Nope, I know better than trying to ride that bronco. When there is a female up there they do it nice and slow. Put an old fat guy and they will knock him off faster than you can say "yes I will have another hurricane". My back hurt just thinking about getting knocked off. And not to worry, I had my share of drinks and beers! The snorkeling at Grand Caymen was great. It was just a walk from the peer and 5$ locker fee (although the drinks there were 10 bucks apiece). If you go there, it was the Paradise bar and then snorkel out to edens rock\ devils grotto. There were a half a dozen or more tarpon hanging around the steps, not sure why the wife didn't feel then need to take a picture of those monsters  Time to diet again. I want to look sexy like MJ. rkc

Very nice...NOLA is fun in the right places...you were in the right places. Love me some crawfish! We eat them regularly, yall dont have them up there?

I imagine they taste a little like shrimp? I understand you are supposed to break them in half and suck out both halfs? rkc

much as i hate cruises i'm still jealous. just being on vacation. seems like 100 years ago.
my inlaws took us on a cruise in '06, my first and last. i'm not a 'sit by the pool and read' guy. i'm not a 'hot tub' guy. i'm not a 'gambling and drinking' guy. it was like being on a floating prison. i would stand at the railing for hours and look for sea life. you never saw anybody so happy over flying fish.
