He was a nice guy, got to talk with him at the NJ Sportsman Show a couple of years ago and listened to a nice talk on fishing techniques and equipment.
Soft spoken, down to earth and very humble guy. Was sad to see this. Here's to ya Jose

man I hate that, he was probably the only fishing guy on TV that I would watch, allways had a good show

His show is the only fishing show my wife and middle daughter will watch(my youngest daughter, son, and I watch them all).
