Sundance, I made those boxes outta treated ply, 2xs and covered 'em w/ white vinyl...main reason was it made location for fuel tanks I wanted, plus seating and turned out to be great location for multple rod storage...hope you can find or make what you're lookin' for... ;) ;D...
If you decide to go that route, I saw SS staples in Home Depot recently... ;)...hasn't been a problem yet, but wish they'd had 'em 6 yrs ago...
