Holy Cow!!!! Boats are crazy expensive these days. There is an ad for that GW 271 Canyon in the Sportfishing magazine this month, says its a "family" boat...a very wealthy family for sure.

I was impressed on how cheap the Parker was compared to some of the other boats.. and to me, it's one of the best boats out there... Very nice pics Lumber, thanks for sharing.

Regulator - the new 28' center console gets my vote as " best at show" ...........or at least, the one I'd want from the show....... Almost no boat styles like the old Wellcraft V21 anymore. That usually means a revival will be coming. I had a center console, now I'm enjoying my Wellcraft V21 cuddy. Sitting upfront on a center console looks nice at the boat show, or maybe at the dock. Riding up front is another story, unless it's A. Very calm. B. Perfect weather. This new Regulator runs 65 mph top end. Not bad at all. I believe the fuel tank is only 250 or so, give or take. With twin 300's I would have figured a tank to hold 300 plus gallons more appropriate. |

Nice photos Lumber! Wish I could have gone this year. The great part about AC is you're one lucky pull on the slot machine away from owning one of those.

I finally went back to work today for the first time since Christmas eve. Just found out we are going to be taking boats to the Edison boat show. 9 boats total. 3 Stingrays, 4 Cobias, 1 Carolina Classic, and the new Pathfinder we just got. You are right Ozzie, that thing IS a sweetheart of a boat.
