If I get the opportunity this weekend at the hunting camp, I plan on getting about a 60-80lb sow hog to split and put on whole.

So you got O'l Grandpas fav pork recipe you want to share with us????? I killed a wildboar the other day and love new ways of cookin em. Here is a shot of my smoker I mostly do salmon, jerky and sausage.Not as nice as yours and not hand built by me but it works just fine.
