| Bomb-diggity Stuffed Flounder

Cooked up this Stuffed Flounder last nite with a recipe I got from Paula Dean's stash. I made a few amendments and it was one of the better meals with Flounder I ever had. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/p...ipe/index.html Only difference was I couldn't get fresh crab at 8pm last nite and I refuse to use the canned stuff so I got a couple of Charleston style crab cakes and crumbled them into the mix and nixed the crackers. Instead of doin the whole fish I used two, large fillets and layered the stuffing in between. Didnt have time to make the special butter but I learned you dont need it cause its rich enough as it is.......
