Default Seein Red.....a redfish story

We (Me and David/Gulpjuice) stopped by the mullet hole before gettin to the boat to see if we could start off right with some choice baits and rounded up a few dozen to get started with. Karma got started off on the right foot because we got a free lunch from Subway when the computers crashed. Given our good luck and how beautiful the day was, I had a pretty good fellin after that.........

We started wettin lines not too far from the dock to get started on what was gonna be a good Redfishin day. Fished a series of deep holes as the last bit of tide slunk by and weren't disappointed in how the Reds were chewin. We released several including a few over 25" and only lost a few by the boat due to hook pulls and me gettin my butt whooped with light tackle.

As the tide moved in we went and got some shrimp and proceeded to go on a two-toof quest. Had to compromise with the wind to keep the line from bellying but managed a few keeper trout and several shorts. We left from there to try another spot and fell back into that pesky Redfish bite again.

All in all it was a very nice day, nice weather and a solid bite which scored a slam for the day. Ended up with our limit of Reds, 3 Trout, 1 Flounder
