Birds eye what?

I though "birds eye" was a nice grained maple. What specific guitar?

I have a few guitars myself.

1968 Fender jaguar.
1980 Guild D-50 (rosewood)
1990's Guild jf-512 12-string (rosewood)
1990's guild bluesbird (electric).
