'04 1500 Full time 4wd loaded. 151K
17 MPG Hwy, 10 MPG towing. In hindsight I could do without all the options. Always fixing something. Tows ok but the 5.3 makes power at too high RPM's and does a lot of downshifts. Had water in oil just out of warranty due to porous Castech cylinder head. A couple of cans of Barrs Leaks seems to have fixed it. Rebuilt the tranny at 120K. Spare tire winch had typical failure in UP position. While under there noticed almost all the undercoat from the rear axle aft is gone. Going to have to do something about that before winter My wife doesn't drive it much anymore so I wish it was a 2500 with 6.0 and barn doors.
