Hey PD - Hopefully spares has some . . . I am just about out of all the merc parts. Unfortunately I don't have any voltage regs left. I decided to focus on my IT career and keep the boat stuff a hobby..

FYI I got new CDI stator and Regulators from OUTBOARD OVERSTOCK.COM
40amp Stator for $260 and 5 wire voltage reg for $100 each which was the cheapest I found.

BS, thanks anyway. i actually think it is a wire problem. my tach was reading 2000 over, but the voltage was ok. i replaced the tach, but still not right. i took the old tach and read off the engine and it worked right. i have a problem in the wire in the dash.

charleston, thanks that is a good price.
