My 250 Sportsman lists to the starboard side just because of all the throttle cables, hydraulic steering hoses, and wires run down the gunnel for the engines! It listed when sitting still and running full throttle. But we mounted our house battery on the port side and that solved the problem. That just goes to show it does not take much to make a boat list.

everthing is on that side of the boat; rigging, hydraulic steering, transducer, swim step, battery, oil tank. there are no signs of water intrusion anywhere on the boat

So you have several pounds of equipment on that side... sounds like you found your problem.

sorry rkc. this listing thing is bugging me. fishing was slow for fluke, lots of dogfish. ended up with 3 nice ones, all from the deeper water around lucas shoal. didnt really invest a bunch of time bass fishing as my bait of choice (fresh pogie chunks and chum) i couldnt get. i did manage to get one on the ride back with a jig on wire. the boat ran great, i could really get used to blasting across buzzards bay at 33kts considering the cruise on my albemarle was only 22kts. im still pretty impressed with how well it runs for what for me is a little boat, pretty darn dry too

When you use fresh pogies, do you bottom fish?
