Nice catch. In Va. I think they have to be 14' min before you can keep them what is it in your area.

It is 14" also. We had a couple in the 14-15" range but most were 17/18" or so....

We had 7 keepers before any shorts and ended up with 3 shorts to 8 keepers. Going to try again on Sunday!
